WELCOME to WINDSOR HIGH SCHOOL 

Only water allowed in the playing area . Absolutely NO food, soda or gatorade near the courts!

 ALL food needs to be consumed OUTSIDE of the gym

Players/families should plan to pack a lunch 

ABSOLUTELY NO BUFFET STYLE/FOOD SHARING. IF A TEAM DOES NOT FOLLOW THIS FACILITY RULE THEY WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE FOOD FROM THE AREA!!! NO EXCEPTIONS

PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUNGER SIBLINGS AT ALL TIMES

NO tables or electrical appliances allowed in facility! 

NO CHAIRS ALLOWED! WE HAVE PLENTY OF SEATING.

When your team is not playing please be respectful and leave the gym area so others can be seated! 

IF we have access to the cafeteria teams will be allowed to use that area. Please pick up after your team! 

COACHES OR TEAM REP SHOULD CHECK OUT BEFORE DEPARTURE

Tournament Rules for Coaches:

  • Doors will open at 7:00 am; you will enter through the commons doors near the Panther in the middle of the building.

  • You will need to bring your own balls and ball carts

  • Water only in the gym.

  • Coaches meeting at 7:30 in hallway near main gym

Players, parents, and coaches:

  • Food tables will be provided in our Commons area, which is the first thing you will see when you enter the building.  At the end of the day, please return everything you use where you found it. 

  • Please stay in designated areas.  Do not go past any closed doors or gates!

  • There will be bleachers for each court; please keep personal chairs off of the game courts!

  • Younger siblings are the responsibility of the parents, not the staff

  • Each team will be responsible for taking care of your trash throughout the day.  As well as placing in garbage bins outside the building at the end of the tournament.  

  • One person from each team will need to check with the tournament director at the end of day to verify your area is cleaned up before leaving.

Parking

  • There is plenty of parking in front of the building, and in parking lots to the north and south of the building.

Directions to Woodland Park High School

  • Follow I-25 S to US-24 W/W Hwy 24/W Cimarron St in Colorado Springs. Take exit #139  toward Manitou Springs from I-25 S 

  • Travel west 18 miles

  • Turn right onto S Baldwin St (the light at McDonalds)

  • Turn right onto Panther way; WPHS will be on the right
