NO food or drink (only water), no coolers or chairs allowed on the courts. Food Tables are allowed in the designated team area

There is bleacher seating and chairs on the courts for spectators and chairs. DO NOT MOVE THE CHAIRS!

Coaches will be allowed in with a ball cart, ball bag and their personal bag.
Players are allowed to bring their personal backpack. There will be an area for each team to put their stuff. Please make sure you clean up after yourselves.

Panther Volleyball Rules:

Please make sure the only liquid on the court is water in a secured bottle.
No food allowed on the court, just in your team area.
No crockpots or other plug in devices
No gum allowed on the court.
Please do not throw balls at undesignated walls.
No ball handling except on court floor.
No entry in the Video Room, Weight Room, players lounge, or plyo training area!!
Friendly competition is welcome.
Foul Language, taunting and verbal intimidation is not tolerated. Gross misconduct, fighting, reckless play or destruction of property may result in immediate and/or extended loss of facility privileges and, if appropriate, further disciplinary, or legal action.
No animals allowed unless it is a service animal.
Please do not hang or mess with the dividing nets.

The doors will open at 7:00AM.

The coaches' meeting will be at 7:30am on Court 3.

We will provide a game ball. Bring your own warm-up balls please!

Peak to Peak Charter School

Welcome to Peak to Peak High School. We look forward to having you at our facility. To help make this an enjoyable tournament for all teams please review carefully.

PARKING AND ENTRY: The closest lots to the gyms are located on the north side of the building (in between the track and tennis courts) and on the east side of the building. Entry doors are located to the south of the gyms and will be identified with signage. Doors directly opening to the gymnasiums will be locked.
DOORS OPEN: The doors will open at 7:00AM.
COACHES CHECK-IN AND MEETING: Coaches are asked to check in upon arrival with the site director who will be located in the cafeteria near the concession stand. The coaches meeting will be at 7:30am.
TEAM TABLES are allowed in the cafeteria serving area. No chairs for team tables will be provided. Coolers and plug-ins are allowed if they stay at team tables and cords are not in the way of traffic.
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be open from 7:15am-2:00pm. We have plenty of options for everyone to refuel for your next match including Breakfast Sandwiches, Pizza, Drinks and much more!
WATER ONLY allowed in the gym areas.
BALLS: We will NOT provide warm-up balls, or carts. We will only provide a game ball.
WE DO NOT OFFER BALLERTV or live streaming at this time.
We will have a couple rows of bleachers extended around each court. Personal chairs are welcome behind team benches.
No ball handling in the hallway or team table areas. Warm up should be on the courts only.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on our property. Pets are not allowed on the property.
After the tournament, please clean up your team/camp area.
Please help us by picking up your trash. Thank you.

PLAY IT NOW SPORTS (PINS)

Welcome to Play it Now Sports (PINS). We look forward to having you at our facility. To help make this an enjoyable tournament for all teams please review carefully.

Doors open at 7:00 am for POWERS. Other tournaments may vary.

FOR PARENTS and PLAYERS:

NO Team TABLES.
NO Outside FOOD allowed.
Players may bring an individual sack lunch, extra individual snacks and personal water bottle.
- These items should fit in your backpack.
PLEASE NOTE:
- No cases of drinks or food
- No platters, No coolers
- No shared items please
- We have a Chipotle and a Panda Express in the parking lot
- Starbucks is one block south
- Play it Now Sports has a small concessions area with water, drinks, snacks & ice cream for purchase.
- CONCESSION area will be open during tournaments.

We have several sets of bleachers. Personal chairs are welcome in select areas. Please observe no seating areas throughout the facility. Parents please do not cross the courts. We ask you to use the designated walkway to access the back side of the court seating area.

Please note: Walkways must remain clear at all
times per the Fire Department.

**Reminder we are a gym/large building: It’s a good idea to bring layers; ie. sweatpants and sweatshirts. It may be cooler in the morning.

*NO OUTLETS ARE AVAILABLE—PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHARGER

**The turf field in the facility is closed during the tournament. Please observe the closed field signs.
