PARKING: On East side of the The MAC building just North of the Primary Academy Building(look at map for reference) 

DOORS OPEN: The doors will open 1 hour prior to 1st match start time. Ex. 7am for an 8am start 

COACHES MEETING: The coaches meeting will be 30 minutes prior to 1st match start time. For example: 7:30am for an 8am start. We will meet by the check-in desk.

Facility will provide:

• Designated Team tables in front lobby
• One game ball per court 

NOT Provided:

• Warm up balls are NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own.
• Locker rooms 

Allowed - You MAY bring:

• Camp chairs or folding chairs which may be set up on East and West ends of gym only.  There will be limited chairs provided by site. 
• Outside food
• Coolers

Facility Rules :

• Food and drink are allowed in designated team and concession area only.
• NO FOOD OR DRINKS OTHER THAN WATER ON THE GYM FLOOR AT ANY TIME. 
• NO crockpot or electric appliances allowed
• You are responsible for cleaning up after your teams and your spectators in the designated team areas, in the gym as well as on your team bench after every match.
• All trash must be picked up and taken to trash bins and/or dumpsters.  (Please bring your own trash bags for your team table/area) 
• No ball handling in the hallway or team areas.
• Please keep your families away from all other areas of the school except the cafeteria, restrooms and gym spaces.
• All non-volleyball children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Unruly or disrespectable spectators will be asked to leave the site.
• Once team area has been cleaned, please check out with the tournament director prior to leaving the facility at the end of the tournament.

Volleyball rules:

• Doors will open at 7:00 for Showdown
• No crockpots, electrical appliances, or outside tables and chairs. 
• Volleyball teams, parents, spectators are not allowed upstairs, in the aquatics centers or down in the multipurpose rooms. They may utilize the main lobby, locker rooms, restrooms and gymnasium. Two community rooms are set aside for volleyball teams during Showdown. Please place your coolers there!
• Only water and Gatorade in the gym 
• No profanity 
• Warm up balls are NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own.
• No ball handling outside the gym, unless outdoors. 
• Parents and spectators are responsible for throwing their own trash away.

General Rules

• Drugs, tobacco, alcohol, smoking/vaping, and any other illegal substance along with weapons/firearms are strictly prohibited.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in the facility. Loitering, profanity, trash talking, and spitting are prohibited. 
• Loitering and blocking the lobby entrance is prohibited.
• Warming up in the hallways is prohibited. 
• All patrons must dress appropriately while using the facility. Shirts and Shoes are required in all areas outside of the pool and locker rooms.
• Food and Beverages are limited to specific areas of the facility. Beverages must be in no-glass, spill proof containers. Absolutely no food or drink in the fieldhouse (gym) besides water and sports drinks. This applies to patrons and players
• Coolers are only allowed in the community rooms, no where else in the facility.
• Patrons must clean up after themselves.
• Guests wishing to make use of use of the facility (including the weight-room, walking track, and swimming pool) may pay the public day fee (less than $10)
• Patrons on the walking track must be actively walking/running and cannot camp out to watch games from there.
• Photography and videotaping must be approved by management staff and are strictly prohibited in bathrooms and locker rooms. This includes filming tik toks in any part of the facility. 
• Posters, signs, and flyers are not permitted in the facility unless approved and posted in designated areas by management.
• Bicycles, mopeds, skateboards, and scooters are not permitted inside the facility.
• Pets are not permitted in the facility. Service animals are permitted.
• Use of baby strollers must be approved by management staff.
• Misuse of equipment or failure to abide by rules or staff direction may result in loss of center privileges and/or suspension from the facility.
• Management reserves the right to give any directions deemed necessary for the safety of the patrons and security of the facility. 
• All patrons consent to the use of his/her image, without payment in consideration, in any news broadcasts, commercial broadcasts, advertising, or promotional publicity for the City of Greeley.

Age Restrictions

• General
• Guests 11 years of age and under must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult
• 12 years of age and above are allowed to utilize the facility without additional supervision
• Weight room
  • Guests 14 years of age and above are allowed to utilize the weight room without additional supervision, employees are allowed to ask for verification of age.
  • Guests 12-13 years of age must complete a weight room orientation prior to using the area with adult supervision.
  • Children must be at least 10 years old to go on the walking track. 
• Aquatics
  • Children 5 years of age and under must be within arms reach of a parent/guardian and at a maximum ratio of 1:5 (adult:children).

High School: Entrance to the school is only on the north side (facing 14th avenue)
Middle School: Entrance is on the east side of the gym
ONLY WATER ON THE COURTS ESPECIALLY IN THE MAIN GYM
ALL KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED
No running in the halls
No ball handling in the halls or cafeteria
NO OUTSIDE FOOD. Sack lunches allowed.
NO LAWN CHAIRS. We have bleachers.
No Team Camps.

Players on court 1 (Main gym) can place items in the bleachers

Court 2 (Aux Gym) please put bags against wall

Court 3 (Middle School): Teams can make a small camp on the fake grass.  Teams are REQUIRED to clean up their camp.

Teams are to check out with the site director before leaving. Area must be clean, or clubs will be charged.

HOME OF THE RMR SHOWDOWN!

Bring your camp chairs and crock pots; the Grove is where the action is!

We have14 "sport courts" at the Grove, in two buildings. Team-picnics are the norm here... but we also have great concessions, with crepes, acai bowls, burritos, shakes and smoothies.

PARKING around the Event Center can get chaotic. Unless you're here by 6:30am, most people drop their daughters at the door, and then drive out to the large parking lots that surround the complex and its stadium. NO PARKING IN THE FIRE LANES, DO NOT CROSS THE BARRICADES THAT SURROUND THE BUILDING. DON'T LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE UNATTENDED IN AN ACTIVE DRIVE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK  IN PEDESTRIAN PATHS, HANDICAPPED SPACES, STAFF PARKING
