We are in the building farthest East in the Parc Santa Fe Industrial complex

Directions: If coming from C-470 we suggest exiting on Lucent due to potential road construction delays on Santa Fe

  • Turn South on Lucent Blvd to Town Center Dr.
  • Turn right (west) on Town Center Dr. to Commerce Center St.
  • Turn right on Commerce Center St, turn right at the stop sign and follow the circle around to the Parc Santa Fe entrance on your right
  • Turn right to go to the front entrance of the building on the farthest east side (Follow signs for The Edge)
  • Parking: You may park anywhere along the north, east or south sides of the building. Do not park in loading dock areas.

Facility will provide:

  • Team tables
  • Trash bags and wipes at every team table. Please use them.
  • Limited bleacher seating

Facility Rules - Please adhere by these rules while in our facility:

  • Food and drink are allowed in designated team and concession areas only
  • Nothing but water is allowed in court viewing areas

  • Chairs may be set up in a SINGLE ROW along the divider nets at the sidelines of the competition courts. Multiple rows may be set up BEHIND the nets at the end of the competition courts making sure to keep serving areas clear. • No spectators are allowed in the back storage/warehouse area
  • Please do not climb on, sit on or touch any of the training equipment in the gym
  • Please clean up your team area and check out with the tournament director prior to leaving the facility at the end of the tournament.

Facility Rules:

  •  The front doors will be unlocked at 7:00 AM
  • We will have a coaches’ meeting at 7:30 AM in the Aux Gym, directly behind the main gym
  • Sack lunches ONLY.
  • Individual small sack lunches only that fit in players’ backpacks will be allowed at the facility. 
  • Teams may setup in the aux gym but we will not provide team tables for this tournament (1/19)
  • Piles in the main hallway are not allowed.
  • All personal belongings (player bags, clothing, etc.) are to be kept in the team area in the aux gym.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on our property.
  • Videography is allowed but equipment cannot be placed anywhere directly near end lines of courts. If you place your equipment on the courts, you will be asked to move it.
  • No peppering or practicing in the main hallway outside of the gym, or hallways upstairs.
  • All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • No one is allowed to congregate or play in the main hallway outside of the library.

Families will be provided one warning and thereafter will be asked to leave the facility.

Crock pots, coolers, or large food setups are not allowed in the main or aux gym at any time. 

NO FOOD OR DRINKS OTHER THAN WTER ON THE GYM FLOOR AT ANY TIME. 

Teams are responsible for cleaning their own areas and coaches should check-out before the team leaves. 

Parents and spectators are responsible for picking up their areas and throwing away their trash. 

Parents and families may sit in the bleaches in the atrium in the main gym. No chairs are allowed on the main gym floor.

Please share the space with all parents.

Bathrooms are located directly outside the main gym in the hallway.

Balls will not be provided

No animals.

One game ball will be provided for each court

For all visitors and attendees

All attendees and players are invited guests to Boomtown’s private facility. By entering the facility, you have accepted all the rules and agree to the waiver terms (click here). All photos and images taken within the facility belong to the facility and will be utilized in marketing.  We have security cameras as well as staff around the facility monitoring. All RMR team coaches will sign the facility agreement and be responsible for their families and players to follow the rules. Violators will be FINED. Please read all the facility rules listed. Boomtown Athletics only provides the venue for tournaments and events. We are NOT responsible for the organization, logistics, or any other aspects of the tournaments or events held at our facility. For any issues with tournament rules, registration, schedules, and specific amenities purchased, please contact your tournament organizer directly with any questions or concerns. Boomtown Athletics is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during external tournaments or events held at our facility.

Boomtown Facility Safety Policies & Rules

  1. NO weapons or firearms of any sort are permitted in the facility. ONLY PLAYER BACKPACKS ARE ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING. Purses and camera bags are permissible and must be available to be opened and checked for weapons.

  2. NO GUM is allowed in the facility.  

  3. NO sports drinks, coffee, or tea in playing areas as this delays the tournament and causes slip hazards. No Stanley cups are permitted in the facility as they do not have a cap. Water in sealable containers are allowed in playing areas.

  4. NO standing on tables or bar tops. Do not climb the nets or anything leaving the ground. Do not access any area outside of designated play or spectating areas. 

  5. NO personal chairs, camping chairs, or coolers on the courts that may ruin the court floors. COURT CHAIRS ARE NOT TO BE MOVED. Floor mats and seats are acceptable provided they do not scratch the floors. No self carried team tables are authorized in the facility. Movable chairs for spectators will be available on first come first serve, please return them after use. 

  6. Please be responsible for your own property and do not leave it unattended. We are not responsible for anything lost or stolen. There is NO lost and found. Due to sanitation requirements and sheer number of attendees, any items left will be thrown away in the evening. Please do not call or inquire about lost items.  

  7. There is no athletic trainer or ice on site, please provide your own. First aid kits should be part of the team's preparation, and the kits and bandages can be bought for a fee. 

  8. No appliances are allowed to be plugged in.

  9. Please do not roam or go into areas that are a part of other athletic areas or under construction including the soccer field, med spa area, or gymnastics or dance studios. 

  10. No pets or animals are allowed in the facility other than service animals. 

Outside Food & Drink Policies for USAV RMR ONLY

We are allowing ONLY RMR PLAYERS to bring brown-bag lunch from home that must be carried in player backpacks. If it does not fit in the player backpack, it will not be permitted into the facility. Spectators and other visitors cannot bring in any bags (except purses and camera bags), nor any other food. 

Outside commercial food and drink are NOT permitted in the facility at all including Starbucks and coffees. Coolers of food are not allowed into the facility. We have a bar and cafe that have a variety of food options. All alcohol must remain in the bar seating area. Anyone is welcome to utilize the bar area. Thank you for supporting small businesses.

Every participant needs to ensure no foods or drinks are on the courts to enjoy this benefit. No eating (including snacks and granola bars) on the courts. Tables and chairs will be provided in the team areas for use first come first serve. We only allow sealed, clear water onto the court area. Anything else will be asked to be removed immediately. Anything spilled, the team responsible will stop play and clean up the mess. Every team must clean up the space after they leave or be fined, regardless of the trash ownership. This will be the only warning.

Please do not set up tables or camp for food in front of the Fieldhouse as there are other businesses operating within the facility that obstruct their businesses. There is a camping ban in Aurora, so no tables are permitted in front of the building. Any items or property left unattended will be considered abandoned and will be removed immediately. These items attract homeless people to do the same, and the Aurora Police will be issuing citations to anyone found doing so. Tailgating is not permitted as this is an active city parking lot with traffic, and littering is not permitted. If you are wanting to eat outside food, please ensure that you eat inside your vehicles.

 Facility Logistics for RMR 

  1. Doors Open: The doors will open at 7:00 AM. Team areas are first come first serve. Please do not enter areas that are netted off or utilized for other athletic events such as the gymnastic areas, soccer field, or dance studios. Please do not enter any construction areas. 

  2. COACHES MEETING: The coaches meeting will be at 7:30 AM at the administrative desk.

  3. BALLS: Warm-up balls or carts will not be provided. RMR will only provide a game ball per court.

  4. Wifi is through Boomtown guest wifi.

  5. A limited number of court approved folding chairs will be provided, but they must be returned to the rack at the end of the event. So, please our staff and help return any chairs left on the courts that have been taken. We offer these complimentary, but if these chairs are not returned at the end of events, we will rescind this privilege and begin charging for rentals. 

  6. Coaches and directors must check in with the site director to check court and team spaces before leaving. Failure to do so will result in final scores not being entered, resulting in automatic forfeit.

Fines

We will be monitoring the cameras. Failure to respect facility policies will result in the following:

1st Offense - $25 Charge to Offending Club/Team 

2nd Offense - $50 Charge to Offending Club/Team  

3rd Offense - Offending team will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of their matches. They will not be invited or welcomed back to the facility. 

 

Court Etiquette

Team belongings need to stay in the team area to provide maximum court space for serving and defense. Personal bags need to remain out of the play space. We ask all teams to clean up their area after they play. Even if the trash is not yours, please help and throw it away for the next team. 

 

Parking

Parking is free and plentiful, but due to the sheer volume of cars and traffic, please follow standard safety practices of your vehicle. We are not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle in the parking lot. Please ensure you have no valuables visible or remove them from your car. Please ensure your car is locked.

 

Fort Lupton High School

Bring your own athletic training supplies! These items are not provided by your Ft Lupton facility hosts, so "come prepared" with athletic tape, ice bags, etc.

  • Volleyball teams, parents, spectators are not allowed upstairs, in the aquatics centers or down in the multipurpose rooms. They may utilize the main lobby, locker rooms, restrooms and gymnasium. Two community rooms are set aside for volleyball teams during Showdown. Please place your coolers there!
  • Only water and Gatorade in the gym 
  • No profanity 
  • Warm up balls are NOT PROVIDED. Please bring your own.
  • No ball handling outside the gym, unless outdoors. 
  • Parents and spectators are responsible for throwing their own trash away.

General Rules

  • Drugs, tobacco, alcohol, smoking/vaping, and any other illegal substance along with weapons/firearms are strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated in the facility. Loitering, profanity, trash talking, and spitting are prohibited. 
  • Loitering and blocking the lobby entrance is prohibited.
  • Warming up in the hallways is prohibited. 
  • All patrons must dress appropriately while using the facility. Shirts and Shoes are required in all areas outside of the pool and locker rooms.
  • Food and Beverages are limited to specific areas of the facility. Beverages must be in no-glass, spill proof containers. Absolutely no food or drink in the fieldhouse (gym) besides water and sports drinks. This applies to patrons and players
  • Coolers are only allowed in the community rooms, no where else in the facility.
  • Patrons must clean up after themselves.
  • Guests wishing to make use of use of the facility (including the weight-room, walking track, and swimming pool) may pay the public day fee (less than $10)
  • Patrons on the walking track must be actively walking/running and cannot camp out to watch games from there.
  • Photography and videotaping must be approved by management staff and are strictly prohibited in bathrooms and locker rooms. This includes filming tik toks in any part of the facility. 
  • Posters, signs, and flyers are not permitted in the facility unless approved and posted in designated areas by management.
  • Bicycles, mopeds, skateboards, and scooters are not permitted inside the facility.
  • Pets are not permitted in the facility. Service animals are permitted.
  • Use of baby strollers must be approved by management staff.
  • Misuse of equipment or failure to abide by rules or staff direction may result in loss of center privileges and/or suspension from the facility.
  • Management reserves the right to give any directions deemed necessary for the safety of the patrons and security of the facility. 
  • All patrons consent to the use of his/her image, without payment in consideration, in any news broadcasts, commercial broadcasts, advertising, or promotional publicity for the City of Greeley.

Age Restrictions

  • General
  • Guests 11 years of age and under must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult
  • 12 years of age and above are allowed to utilize the facility without additional supervision
  • Weight room
    • Guests 14 years of age and above are allowed to utilize the weight room without additional supervision, employees are allowed to ask for verification of age.
    • Guests 12-13 years of age must complete a weight room orientation prior to using the area with adult supervision.
    • Children must be at least 10 years old to go on the walking track. 
  • Aquatics
    • Children 5 years of age and under must be within arms reach of a parent/guardian and at a maximum ratio of 1:5 (adult:children).

  • NO outside chairs allowed in the dome.

  • Food tables can be set up outside along the east sidewalk. Emergency doors cannot be blocked and there needs to be walking space for pedestrian access. 

  • Chairs and tables will be set up inside for games

  • We are currently working on getting a coffee truck and food truck for the day. Again, they will need to eat outside. 

  • Make sure you only park in lined spots, and never in the main driveways. You may get towed otherwise
