Assigns Officials for RMR Junior Power Events & Special Tournaments

Adult Paid Referee

  • Minimum Age – Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Season – January through May
  • Location – Denver, Colo Springs, Pueblo, Loveland, Ft Collins, Ft Morgan, Sterling
  • Membership Dues – $55.00
  • Cleared Background Screen – Required through USAV SSCI Company only $17.50 every two years
  • SafeSport Certification required – free 90 minute course available on RMR Website
  • Clinic – Must attend the annual RMR Paid Junior Division Officials Meeting and Evaluation
  • Certification required as a Provisional or Above Certification (training is available)
  • Official Uniform – navy blue slacks, back belt, logo Certified Official polo shirt, white socks and white tennis shoes.
  • Compensation -  $150 - $175/per day for Power Events on Sundays, pay is depends on level of play officiating.
  • Compensation - $200/per day at RMR Showdown President’s Weekend Housing and Meals are provided

Junior Player Paid Referee

  • Minimum Age – 16 years old
  • Applications are accepted November 1st through January 1st.
  • Must be a current registered Regular Junior Member of the RMR.
  • Must be participating with a Junior Club for the current season.
  • Must be born on or before August 31, 2000 (18/17/16 years old).
  • Must have at least 2 years of playing volleyball.
  • Must attend a referee clinic before January 1st.
  • Must be available to be evaluated as a R1 at the RMR Classic (1/14/17 or 1/15/17) events.
  • Must be available to attend the Mandatory Training meeting
  • Schedule – Flexible
  • Compensation - $100/per Power Event
  • Time frame is 7:30 am – 4:30 pm per day.
  • Schedule – Flexible

Junior Scorer Monitor

  • Must be a current registered Regular Junior Member
  • Minimum Age:16 and older
  • Participating with a Junior Club for the current season
  • Certified as a scorer for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Must attend the Mandatory Scorer Monitor Training meeting
  • The duties of a score monitor is to be available and assist a scorer when scorekeeping a match.
  • Each monitor will be assigned (2) courts for the day
  • Compensation will be at the rate of $100.00/per day.
  • Time frame is 7:30 am – 4:30 pm per day.
  • Schedule - Flexible
