REFUND POLICIES

Memberships: The RMR will refund membership fees upon request, for athletes who have not yet participated in RMR events. Be advised that in some cases, the USAV portion of a membership may not be refundable. Membership is generally non-refundable once an athlete has participated. Tryout memberships are not refundable. Special cases may be considered on  a case by case basis. Write to membership@rmrvolleyball.org

Event Registration Fees: The RMR will refund event registration fees paid by a club, if the Director cancels before the event deadline (generally 'noon Monday two weeks prior"). Several "named" events (Classic, Showdown, Regionals and ZBT have more stringent deadlines. All deadlines are published at TM2 and emailed to Directors upon registration. ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE CANCELLATION REQUEST PORTAL. That portal is available to Directors only. Cancellations after deadline result in forfeiture of registration fee. Repeated late-cancellation may be penalized according to the sanctions outlined in the RMR Junior Handbook.

Shinkara Hardship Fund

The Shinkara Fund was established to assist junior athletes who might need a little help with the expenses related to Club Volleyball.  The application is due each year no later than midnight Feb 28th.

The RMR thanks "legendary local volley-philanthropist" Tom Kawano for all of his support over the years. So many adults and juniors have come to love the sport, and have enjoyed expanded opportunities to play, thanks to Tom and his good works!

Application for Shinkara funding can be made using this online FORM
