Passion for volleyball.
Ability to coach and mentor girls and coaching staff.
Head coaching and playing experience.
Ability to work with and in a diverse environment.
Values: team work, consistency, fairness, discipline and balance.
Ability to handle administrative functions (scheduling, referees, buses, eligibility).
Ability to balance academics and volleyball.
Ability to communicate effectively with athletes, parents, assistant coaches and administration.
Budgeting skills.
Time and ability to develop players during off season.
